Present a valid ID (Class A or Government Issued ID) and fill-up the required forms. The PIN Code should also be indicated in the form.

step 3

Give the filled-up forms to the Teller in the counter.

step 4

The Teller will give you a duplicate copy of your Receiving Form, for your reference.

step 5

Wait for SMS Notification. Both you and the person who sent you the money will receive a text notification that this transaction is already claimed and completed.
