Both the sender and the recipient can transact money remittance thru the Primaries offices and its tellers only after having verified their identities over the counter. Tellers will require at least two (2) class A identification cards and one (1) or two (2) electronic contact details. These electronic contact details will be used for transaction status notice and security claim codes by the recipient. Tellers will NOT send or encash remittances without verifying the client’s identity.

Recipient may claim the money remittance at any Primary or its branch by providing the Security Claim Codes (SCC) provided by the Perapadala Remittance System send thru the mobile SMS or emails.
