How safe is the Koop Pera Padala System? (Gaano ba kaligtas gamitin ang sistema ng Koop Pera Padala?)
It’s very safe. The system itself does not contain money that can be stolen or get lost in transit. All procedures used comply with the laws and regulations of the Banko Sentral ng Pilipinas, the Republic of the Philippines, and with international laws for Anti-Money Laundering. At Koop Pera Padala, the safety of your hard earned money is our number one priority.
How fast is the money remittance service? (Gaano kabilis ang magpadala ng pera?)
Every transaction is real time wherever you are in the Philippines. It’s as fast as sending a text message!
Where can I send money or claim money here in the Philippines? (Saan ako maaring makapag-padala ng pera o makatanggap ng pera dito sa Pilipinas?)
Outlets are set-up all over the Philippines through the business centers of Primary Cooperatives across all Leagues of the PFCCO. You may contact your Cooperative Manager or League Manager to find out the nearest outlets in your area. A site map will also be available on the Koop Pera Padala website.
Do I have to be a member of a cooperative to avail of these services?
Everyone can avail of the Koop Pera Padala Services! While all applicable taxes are charged to Non-Cooperative Members, every Cooperative Member enjoys the benefits of the services TAX FREE!
Can I send a representative to get my money from Koop Pera Padala outlet?
We are very sorry, but for your own security, we cannot release your money to a representative.
How can I become a KPP outlet?

Where can I find the Service Fee Rates?
Rates are posted on the Outlets. Not to worry though, we definitely have the lowest and most reasonable rates!
What can I do in case there would be issues with the money remittance service?
You can call your League Manager’s office or email us at KPPHELP@PFCCO.COOP We would have your concerns resolved in no time.
How do I know if the transaction did go through?
You and your recipient will receive SMS notifications for all completed transactions.
What if our cooperative is located at the far flung areas of the Philippines, how can we become an outlet?
Please coordinate with your respective League Manager to assist you in becoming a registered outlet. We encourage having outlets in far flung areas for better, safer service coverage
